Sue partners with her husband/author Edward in their company, Staircase Press, located near Troy, Illinois. She designs all the company's books and marketing materials. Additionally, she designs books and marketing programs for other small publishers. Sue also mentors authors and publishers on marketing while designing their books.

Sue has been an active member of the board of IBPA’s St. Louis affiliate, The St. Louis Publishers Association, since 2001. She is an award-winning 30-year ad agency veteran and is currently the Copy Editing Supervisor at Momentum, a global marketing agency.

Sue speaks and offers workshops on a variety of design, marketing and publishing topics. She's always happy to customize a presentation to meet your needs.
